Chocolate mousse the Moo way!!

Right then, it's been a while so howdy to ya'll

As you may remember a few posts back, we bought a bar...a pool bar, a very cool one in Claremont. And I love it. I used to love sleep, but now it and I have an affair where we see each other now and then. I will be doing a blog on cocktails sometime when, after trying a few, I may be able to blog about them too, lol!

Thought we should start our welcome back blog with chocolate. Chocolate is never a bad thing to start with...or end with...or have in the middle....ok so chocolate is always good. Sigh, stop judging.

Anyway, I stole the idea for this from Nigella who, is my hero in the kitchen. Its quick and easy and tastes fantastic.I do suspect that one can use white chocolate, and I do plan to give that a try in the future sometime.

You need: 1 packet of marshmallows; 1 box of dark chocolate discs (or around 3 albany slabs), 1 packet (from a box of 2) of orley whip. You need to use dark chocolate or this simply becomes too sweet. The packet of marshmallows is just the regular one, not the jumbo
Put chocolate in a pot and put on a low heat so it starts to melt, toss in marshmallows and keep stirring till all the mallows have melted.

Once smooth and well combined, pour out into a bowl and refrigerate till cool.

And now the most difficult part. You now decide if you will
a) Save the mousse till dessert and share it
b) eat it and just make more and pretend that you only made one
c) eat it and never tell anyone.
The choice, is yours

Moo, over and out.
